We make every effort to ensure the quality of our oral care. This includes enforcing our house rules. Read them through and feel free to contact us if you have any questions!

We work by appointment only

At Dental Studio Den Haag, we like to take our time to help you.
For this reason, we work by appointment.

Cannot make it after all?

No problem. Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance, so we can schedule another patient in your slot. If you cancel after that or miss the appointment without cancellation, we will have to charge a cancellation fee to cover the time lost.

Late for your appointment?

We would prefer you show up in time, of course. But if you think you may be a few minutes late, please give us a call to let us know that you are on your way so we can take this into account. We may not be able to complete the treatment, which means you will have to come back another time.

A bit forgetful?

No worries. We will send you a confirmation and (just before the appointment) a reminder by email and text message.

We are discrete

Your privacy is important to us. We are bound by a duty of confidentiality and professional secrecy. All your data will therefore never leave our practice. We do not share your information with others (such as another dentist or your doctor) unless you give us your explicit permission to do so.

We work safely

Safety first. Better safe than sorry. What that means: we have installed security cameras in our dental practice in The Hague. Probably not necessary, but just in case.

In addition, we ask you to pay close attention to your personal belongings. Do not leave bags and/or coats or other items in the waiting room unattended. We are not liable for loss, theft or damage to your belongings.
