Intake

After you have completed your registration, we will immediately schedule an appointment for the intake interview. During this extensive consultation we would like to hear more about you and your teeth and make an inventory of your complaints and/or wishes.

Periodic check-up

Immediately after the intake interview, we perform a periodic check-up. Seeing as you are already in the building, you can go for a dental cleaning from the dental hygienist as well.

What does my treatment cost?

The prices for our treatments are based on government guidelines, which can be found on the website Alles over het gebit. Of course we are happy to give you an estimate of the expected costs before we start.

Will my treatment be reimbursed by my insurer?

Oral care at the dentist in The Hague is partly reimbursed by the basic health-care plan of the health insurer. For children up to the age of 18, all treatments are covered, with the exception of orthodontics (braces), crowns, bridges and implants.

If you have a supplementary health-care plan, you may be reimbursed for more kinds of treatments. The exact coverage differs per health insurer and insurance plan.

Complaints?

Are you dissatisfied with your treatment or do you have another complaint? Let us know right away! We would like to resolve this situation as quickly and as effectively as possible.

If the situation remains unresolved, the KNMT (professional organization of dentists, orthodontists and oral surgeons) can mediate in the conflict. You can find more information about this procedure on their website.
