House Rules
We make every effort to ensure the quality of our oral care. And that includes some house rules. Please read them over and feel free to let us know if you have any questions!
Are you unable to attend?
No problem. Just let us know in time. By this we mean at least 48 hours in advance. Then we can schedule another patient. Do you cancel shorter in advance, or do you miss the appointment without giving notice? Then we have to charge you for the reserved time and that would be a shame.
Are you late?
Preferably not, of course. But if everything goes haywire and you might just not make it: give us a call. Then we know you’re on your way and we’ll try to take this into account. It may be that we can not quite finish the treatment and that you have to come back another time.
Are you forgetful?
No worries. We will send you a confirmation and (just before the appointment) a reminder by email and text message.
We are discreet
Your privacy is important to us. We have a duty of confidentiality and have professional secrecy. So all your information stays within our practice. We do not share them with others (such as another dentist or your family doctor) unless you give your explicit permission.
We like to work safely
Safety first. Better safe than sorry. What we actually want to say: our dental practice in The Hague has security cameras. Probably not necessary, but just in case.
We also ask you to watch your personal belongings. Do not leave bags and / or coats or other items unattended in the waiting room. We are not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of your belongings.
